* Test hierarchical block that is explicitly set its default parameter value. * Fix hierarchical verilation when a hierarchical block is instantiated with explicit setting of the default value. Parameterized hierarchical block must have mangled name even when all parameters have default value, otherwise the parameterized module will be hidden by protect-lib wrapper. * rename variable names. No functional change is intended.
